Our colleague Francesc Reventós publishes a new book

The book reminds us that the energy problem is on the table and also the need for a multidisciplinary approach that allows it to be addressed considering its global dimension. In his own words: to talk about energy, in addition of knowing the technology, we must keep the public very much in mind, make a human and scientific effort to understand what they are asking and act accordingly. To produce energy thinking we need experts in economics, management, climatology, sociology, sustainability... and also in energy technology! The network of interactions between experts from different specialties is usually complex and, in this case, perhaps even more. Thus, and despite the efforts of many, dialogue on energy sustainability issues is difficult. We are facing a subject with a complex framework. Transversality must be managed and one of the purposes we have is to try to bring some light to clarify the situation.
