The INTE has the following five laboratories:

Calibration and Dosimetry Laboratory
Dosimetry and Thermoluminescence Laboratory
Radon Studies Laboratory
Catalysis and Energy Laboratory
Particle Accelerator Laboratory
It also has an Atmospheric Radon Network
